We want you to be happy with your purchase, therefore if you for some reason are unhappy, you have the right to refund with the return of an item within 14 days of you receiving your order; However, we request you to reach us at email@example.com to help you with the purchase.
On a return request, we would issue you a recorded return label for returning that item. Goods returned must be undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached. If the goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition an amount might be deducted from the refund to reflect the amount by which the value of the order has been reduced.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency within 10 working days of receiving the order back from the customer. Your bank may take 3-7 working days for your refund to reflect in your account.
In case of a product not delivered back to us, you may be asked to supply a certificate of posting; we reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting or have not followed the recommended returns instructions.
If you have received an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org, Faulty items need to be reported within 48 of receiving them.
As the customer, you can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing the order. Orders that need to be cancelled can be done so by contacting us at email@example.com
