  • Domestic orders can take up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS to be processed and shipped. HOLIDAYS EXCLUDED.
  • Unfortunately, we do not process any orders by phone. All orders must be placed directly on our online website. Click here to shop.

  • We usually restock various styles on a daily basis. There are no guarantees that an item will be restocked. However, we have added a new feature where you can input your information if you wish to be contacted, should a particular style be restocked.
  • The 14-day period begins from the date of delivery (the day you receive your package).
  • Since we do our best to ensure you will receive your package as promptly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been successfully placed. However, you may get the order cancelled, if you contact us within two hours from the time of order being placed.

  • Emailing about an Order- Please included Order Number (if available), First and Last Name provided to place order, and email address used to place order.
  • Emailing about a Return/Refund- Please include Tracking Number for return package, Order Number, First and Last Name and Email Address used to place order.
  • To apply a discount code to your order, you must first add items to your cart. Once you add items to your cart, click on “View Shopping Cart”. This will lead you to a new window where you will find the “Click here to enter your code” link, once you click on the same, a dialogue box appears that says “Enter Coupon”. Once you type the discount code here, then click on “Apply Coupon” and the discount will get added to your final amount. Once this is complete, you may then click on the “proceed to checkout button” and your order placement will be complete.
  • Yes, items placed with a discount code applied at checkout cannot be returned.
  • No, we do not have a provision for exchange, you may however return the product.
